Strata264 units, six blocks, one intercom system that finally works
A large St Kilda residential complex replaced a legacy audio-only intercom across four of its six blocks, and modernised car park surveillance — all without running a single new cable to an apartment.

CommercialOne flat network was breaking the whole building
HVAC, cameras and door access were all sharing one flat network, causing loops, faults and outages. Segmenting it with VLANs stabilised the building — and led to a second stage replacing the CCTV entirely.

Every one of these started with a site visit.
Not a phone quote, not a package off a price list. We look at the building, find the constraint that actually decides the design, and price from there.
Discreet by default
Where a camera goes is as much an aesthetic decision as a technical one. We place hardware to be effective without dominating a room or a facade.
Staged where it suits you
Several of these projects were delivered in phases. You don't have to commit to everything at once — each stage should stand on its own.
Documented and handed over
Clean labelling, tidy racks and as-built documentation. You own the system, and you can hand it to someone else if you ever need to.
