Where every project starts

Book a site assessment.

Cameras and door access are decided by the building, not the brochure. Before anyone quotes a system, someone has to stand in the car park, the riser and the comms cupboard and see what's actually possible.

  • A technician attends — the person who would design and install the system, not a rep with a spec sheet.
  • We walk the building and find the constraint that decides the design: cable paths, riser access, switchboard capacity, fire doors, what's already in the ceiling.
  • You get a written scope and a quote built on measurements, not a number guessed over the phone.
  • Approve the quote and $100 comes straight back off it.

−$100credited back against an approved quote

Approve the work and the assessment costs you $55 — and you keep the scope document either way.

This is the only fixed price on the site. Hardware and installation are always quoted per building, because no two buildings cost the same to do properly.

Reviews on Google

We're building our Google reviews.

Most of our work arrives through referrals and repeat clients, so our public review count is still catching up with the job list. Rather than dress that up, here's the profile — read whatever is there, and if we've worked for you, a review genuinely helps.

Melbourne WiFi on Google

Our Google Business Profile lists our service area, hours and contact details, and is where any reviews are published. Nothing on this page is a testimonial we wrote ourselves.

How the work runs

You don't have to do it all at once.

Cameras first, door access next, cabling and WiFi as budget and access allow. Staging isn't a compromise we offer reluctantly — it's how most of our buildings are actually delivered, and the numbers say so.

Which also means stage one is designed with stage three in mind: cable capacity, switch ports, power and licences sized for where the building is heading, not just what's being paid for today.

Maintenance & support

Once it's in, it stays looked after.

Quarterly or annual maintenance agreements keep firmware current, recordings verified, backups checked and door credentials tidy — the things that quietly rot on an unmanaged system until the day you need footage.

Prepaid blocks of hours cover the moves, adds and changes between stages: a new tenant, a re-badged door, another camera on the loading dock. Melbourne-based, no ticket queue.

  • Prepaid hour blocks for changes and callouts
  • Remote checks plus on-site attendance when it's needed

The gear we install and stand behind.

Browse the range by category. Ubiquiti is most of it; APC, TP-Link Omada, Teltonika, Yealink and Hikvision cover the rest. No prices online — every item is quoted with the install, so you get one number that's actually accurate.

The Melbourne WiFi difference

Engineered, not plugged in.

Founded and led by Adam, an electronic technician and network engineer with more than 20 years in the industry.

Technician-led, not sales-driven

You deal directly with the person who designs and installs the system — someone who writes code, builds compute and understands the hardware, not a rep reading a spec sheet.

Disruption-free installation

After-hours and staged works for offices and occupied buildings, so the business stays online while we work around it.

Documentation you own

Clean labelling, tidy racks and as-built documentation on every project. If we vanished tomorrow, you'd still understand your building.

Local support, real agreements

Melbourne-based and responsive, with maintenance agreements for the sites that need them. No offshore ticket queue.
