Trade partners
Cabling, CCTV and networks: subcontract the part nobody wants to own.
Builders, electricians and fit-out companies bring us in for the data, cameras, door access and network. We work to your program, under your client relationship, and hand back documentation you can put straight in the handover pack.

What we take on
The low-voltage scope, start to finish.
One subcontractor for the cabling, the cameras, the door hardware and the network that ties them together.
Structured cabling
Cat6, Cat6A and fibre, rough-in through to termination and testing. We work to your program and hand back results, not promises.
Cameras and access control
UniFi Protect and UniFi Access, or Hikvision where the building's existing two-wire cabling rules out anything else.
Network and WiFi
Switching, routing, VLAN segmentation and wireless — including keeping HVAC, lifts and BMS off the same flat network as everything else.
Commissioning and handover
Labelled, documented and demonstrated to the client. As-built documentation goes to you, so the handover pack is complete.
Why trades keep using us
The boring commitments that matter on site.
We don't take your client
We're a subcontractor on your job. We don't quote your client directly afterwards, and we don't put our sticker on the front of the building. If you'd rather we stay unbranded on site, we will.
One trade, not four
Cabling, cameras, door access and the network are one scope with one point of contact. That removes the co-ordination problem where four specialists each blame the other three.
We work to a program
Rough-in when the walls are open, fit-off when they're closed, and we turn up on the day we said. Staged and after-hours work is normal for us, not an exception.
Documentation you can hand over
Clean labelling, tidy racks, as-built drawings and credentials handed to the client. It makes your defects period quieter.
Common questions
Before you send the plans.
Do you quote through us or direct to the client?
Whichever suits the job. Most trade partners prefer we quote to them and they carry the margin. If you'd rather we deal with the client directly and pay you a referral, that works too — just tell us which before we talk to anyone.
Are you insured and can you provide documentation?
Yes. We can supply our certificate of currency, safe work method statements and inductions before we set foot on site. If your builder requires site-specific documentation, send the template through.
What size jobs do you take on?
Anything from a single tenancy fit-out to a multi-block strata upgrade. Our typical project runs several thousand dollars of hardware and labour; the larger ones we deliver in stages.
Can you work to a fixed price?
Once we've seen the plans or the building, yes. What we won't do is give a number over the phone for a building nobody has looked at — that's how variations happen.

Send us the plans.
Drawings, a scope, or just the address and what the client is asking for. We'll tell you what's involved and what it costs — and if it's not our scope, we'll say so.
